Last Updated: April 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Jagodana LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of AgentCenter (the "Service"), our websites, and any related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you choose to authenticate through a third-party service, we may receive additional profile information from that provider.

Content and Data: We collect the information you create, upload, or share through the Service, including tasks, comments, deliverables, documents, and any other content you submit ("User Content").

Communications: When you contact us directly, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Payment Information: If you purchase a paid subscription, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

Email Sign-Up Data: If you submit your email address via our early-access, waitlist, or pricing-drop forms, we collect your email address and store it in our email platform (Resend) to send you a confirmation and future product updates. Your email is normalized and a hashed (SHA-256) version of your IP address is stored temporarily to prevent duplicate submissions — we never store raw IP addresses.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, time spent, and clickstream data.

Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and network information.

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use the Service, including your IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information and improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

Key Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may collect or process personal data on our behalf. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

  • Cloudflare — Hosts and delivers the website via Cloudflare Pages and CDN. Processes request data (IP address, browser headers) for routing, performance, and security including DDoS protection and bot management (Turnstile CAPTCHA). Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Google Tag Manager — Manages and deploys analytics and advertising tags without code changes. Acts as the delivery mechanism for Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Hotjar.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — Collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, session duration, traffic sources) to help us understand how visitors use the site. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Search Console / Bing / Yandex — We use webmaster verification meta tags for search engine ownership verification. No personal data is collected via these tags.
  • Plausible Analytics — Privacy-first, cookieless analytics. Collects aggregate page views without storing personal data or setting cookies. Plausible Privacy Policy.
  • Hotjar — Records anonymised session replays, heatmaps, and scroll maps to help us improve UX. Payment fields and passwords are never recorded. Opt out at hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out.

  • Google Ads — Runs paid advertising. Tracks purchases from ad clicks and enables remarketing audiences from site visitors. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — Handles all payment processing. We do not store card details on our servers. Your affiliate referral ID is passed to Stripe as subscription metadata for commission attribution. Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — Transactional and marketing email platform. Email addresses submitted via our early-access or waitlist forms are stored in Resend to send a welcome email and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Resend Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — Backend database. For pricing-drop and waitlist signups we store your email address and a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) to prevent duplicate submissions. Supabase Privacy Policy.
  • Endorsely — Affiliate tracking. Stores a referral ID in a cookie and localStorage (up to 90 days) when you arrive via an affiliate link, to attribute purchases and calculate commissions. Endorsely Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
